Lots of email is going around about a program called the Clear Choice.  From what I can determine, it is very unclear if it a scam or real.  They claim to be an offline Australian program, but there is no information about the history of the operation and who ran it, and whether it is legally registered.

LIke most operations with missing information, I'm staying clear of it.
